Responsibilities

• Responsibility for service delivery to corporate clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Delivery of KPIs and KRIs related to customer contractual terms.
• Order placement and monitoring for mutual funds.

Skills

Operations experience within the Wealth Management / Platform industry

Experience in client services

Experience in using Excel for data analysis

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Understanding of risk/compliance policies
