A regional waste management organization in Tees Valley is offering a role as a Wate Operative 2. This position involves outdoor work in the Waste and Recycling team, focusing on maintaining and cleansing the environment. Candidates should have qualifications like CPC driver certification, and training in areas such as first aid and manual handling is desirable. This role is essential for ensuring environmental maintenance from Tuesday to Friday, and interested applicants can reach out to discuss further.
We have an exciting role on offer within our Waste and Recycling team as a Wate Operative 2 (Flying Squad Operative).
Do you enjoy working outdoors? If so and you can demonstrate some practical knowledge of, cleansing and/or maintaining the outdoor environment.
Though training maybe available, experience or qualifications in the following areas are desirable.
Use of handheld machinery i.e. Pedestrian Street sweepers, strimmer/hedge/air blower etc.
CPC driver qualified.
Needlestick trained.
Asbestos awareness.
First Aid at Work.
Manual Handling.
A full Driving Licence and CPC is essential for the role.
Please note the role will be Tuesday to Friday 6:45am – 16:30pm.
