We’re looking for acreative, commercially‑minded Commercial Partnerships Managerto bring our brand relationships to life – owning rights delivery, driving standout activations and making every partner feel genuinely invested in the Warwickshire Cricket and Birmingham Phoenix journey. Cricket is one of the fastest‑growing sports in the country and is entering one of the most exciting phases in its history with the continued evolution of The Hundred. This role offers the chance to be part of that journey—playing a key role in growing Birmingham Phoenix by increasing its fan base and unlocking commercial potential.
You’ll manage key partnerships end‑to‑end, turning ambitions into measurable impact through smart account management, creative collaboration and clear reporting. Working closely with sales, marketing, events and agencies, you’ll help evolve sponsorship strategy, support renewals and ensure our partnerships deliver value on and off the pitch.
