As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will encourage and support people with evening activities, provide physical and emotional support throughout the night so they feel safe, secure and have a good night’s sleep.

Although it would be beneficial to have some experience in healthcare, it isn’t absolutely necessary as we provide full training. As long as you’re passionate, hard‑working and empathetic, you’ll fit right in.
