A charitable organization in Norwich is seeking a Volunteer Administrator to facilitate communication among staff and service users. Responsibilities include taking meeting notes, managing appointments, and ensuring efficient office operations. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, IT literacy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. This role provides the opportunity to support a meaningful service while gaining valuable administrative experience.
As a Volunteer Administrator you will play a key role in supporting the service, ensuring all communication between staff, service users and partner agencies runs smoothly, this includes answering calls and directing enquiries. You will be a valued member of the administration team supporting them in various administrative roles including recording meeting notes, booking appointments, sending letters and general office duties such as photocopying, filing and scanning. On-the-job training will be provided – all you need is an organised approach and a willingness to learn.
Please note to be suitable for the role you must be available Monday‑Thursday at a minimum.
