A Veterinary Receptionist role has become available to work within our lovely Pool House Small animal team! The role will be to cover maternity leave.
As a Veterinary Receptionist you must be efficient, able to multitask and be familiar with working in a fast pace environment as well as having a good telephone manner. Admin based skills would be advantageous due to the nature of the business but not essential as full training will be provided.
Pool House has a large client base so you must be able to cope with busy environments from time to time. You will also possess good communication skills between the team is key to ensuring we provide efficiency across the board.
General duties will include, answering phones, triage patients, taking payments both over the phone and on desk, allocating client accounts, cashing up daily takings, transferring patient histories, cleaning of surgery waiting rooms, putting up medications, booking in appointments and providing excellent customer service.
You must be willing and able to travel to all 4 of our branches and be flexible to work weekends/bank holidays on a rota basis.
This is a part-time position working 30 hours per week on a rota basis to cover all pool house branches including weekends and bank holidays.
You will work alongside a team of 16 receptionists across all 4 of our branches. The team is lead by a Head of Reception with the support of a branch co-ordinator.
We have a high skilled support team to ensure the smooth running and management of each practice.
