About the Role - Vehicle Technician

Join us as a skilled Vehicle Technician at our Bristol - Lawrence Hill depot and we'll take your engineering skills to the next level. Key responsibilities
  • Diagnose and carry out vehicle repairs, servicing, and parts replacement
  • Diagnose vehicle faults and specify the correct method of repair and parts to be used
  • Carry out vehicle road testing where necessary to identify specific vehicle defects or following remedial repair
  • To fully comply with all HSE legislation along with Group Policies
  • To fully comply with all relevant Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain and develop technical skills as required
Location

Bristol - Lawrence Hill, Easton Road, BS5 0DZ

Working Hours

38 hours per week - varying shifts available - can be discussed at interview (early, day, late or night shifts)

Salary

Between £18.70-20.28 per hour - depending on shift

£36,951-£40,073 p/a

About you
  • A minimum Level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent (i.e. City & Guilds Level 1&2)
  • Ability to multi-skill within an Engineering Environment
  • A valid UK driving license, a PCV licence is desirable, ability to obtain PCV licence is essential
  • Right to Work in the UK
