Role

The Value Account Manager (VAM) is responsible for driving customer success and maximizing the value delivered to strategic accounts. The VAM acts as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through adoption, optimization and expansion opportunities within our Estate Agency (EA) business.

What you’ll be doing
  • Engage with a high-volume portfolio of existing Estate Agency (EA) partners, building strong relationships over the phone and through video calls.
  • Collaborate with the Account Managers to drive value of our products and services.
  • Present training to partners when needed online via Teams/Zoom etc.
  • Track and report on account health, adoption, and value realization.
  • Coach partners on how to use powerful tools like RM Plus, Opportunity Manager, Online Agent Valuation etc. to help their business.
  • Maintain a CRM database.
  • Attend departmental and full sales team meetings.
  • Use your expertise to consultatively uncover our partners’ successes and challenges, then translate performance data into actionable insights that drive real value.
  • Hit weekly KPIs, boost retention, and make a difference with every call.
