A regional sports organization is looking for a Community Coach to support their ambitious 'A Game for Everyone 2025-2028' strategy. The successful candidate will deliver quality coaching programmes in schools, assist with ECB National Programmes, and contribute to various cricket initiatives. Qualifications

Vacancy: NCF Community Coach (Full-Time)

The Norfolk Cricket Foundation are recruiting for a full-time member of staff to take on the important role of Community Coach within the county.

Purpose:

Norfolk Cricket Foundation ‘NCF’ have an ambitious 4-year countywide strategic plan ‘A Game for Everyone 2025-2028’ . The strategy mission is to ‘Create a lasting, positive impact on the lives of individuals and communities in Norfolk through the power of cricket.’

The role of community coach is a vital role in helping to deliver this strategy. The successful candidate will assist in delivering a successful and quality schools coaching and competition programme, under the banner of Chance to Shine and NCF Schools Coaching. The community coach will also assist in the delivery of other coaching or development tasks as required for the NCF including ECB National Programmes, Indoor Cricket, Disability Cricket initiatives and other participation offers.
