Provide input on policy wording, limits, attachment points, and exclusions in line with the captive’s risk appetite and regulatory constraints.

Assist in developing coverage terms for bespoke or emerging risks, particularly in technology, cyber, or intangible risk classes.

Conduct periodic reviews of captive programs, assessing underwriting performance, claims development, and pricing adequacy.

Monitor trends and emerging risks, updating underwriting guidelines and rate assumptions as appropriate.

Support the review of actuarial loss projections and help ensure adequate reserving and capital allocation.

Work closely with client relationship managers and business development teams to understand client goals and craft appropriate coverage solutions.

Communicate underwriting findings and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders and clients, including via client reports or pitch decks.

Coordinate with legal and compliance to ensure coverage terms and program designs adhere to relevant domicile regulations and internal standards.
