A leading financial institution in the United Kingdom is seeking a candidate to manage and develop relationships with insurance companies and related clients. Responsibilities include promoting cross-selling of products to enhance profitability and monitoring credit risk. Ideal candidates should possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a track record in the insurance sector. The role requires flexibility and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of selected clients,
Promote the cross selling of products to increase and diversify the revenues generated by the Business Lines, with a focus on value-added and structured transactions,
Increase the overall profitability of those clients,
Monitor the counterparty/credit risk embedded in the relationships.

On all aspects of his/her position, they must comply with all legal and regulatory requirements as deemed compulsory by both the FCA and Natixis Compliance Department.
Responsible for producing:
New business opportunities for the bank with the chosen client base
Coverage input to regular and deal-related reviews (e.g. Bizcom, credit committees, etc.)
Responsible for reviewing:
·Counterparty/credit risk embedded in the relationships
· Performance of staff reporting to them
For a sub portfolio of clients, you will be in charge of:
· Initiating / developing / maintaining relationships with, and originating transactions from a possible combination UK life and non-life insurers, reinsurers and pension funds, including their asset management arms, as well as certain Bermuda-based insurers with key personnel based in the UK, or with business focused on the EMEA region
· Working closely with and supporting the Head of UK Insurance & Pension Scheme Coverage, jointly covering certain key accounts and helping to deliver strategic transactions for the team as a whole.
