Job summary

About the Role:

This role is based in our Stoke office where you will be working on a rota basis alongside a small team of TEIOs.

You will be:
  • Responsible for answering the public helpline
  • Responsible for initial contact, needs and risk assessment
  • Ensure safeguarding referrals and access to emergency/crisis services
You will need:
  • Empathy and compassion; a trauma informed approach
  • Personal resilience
  • Excellent organisational skills
