A distinguished charity organization is seeking a part-time project manager for the Age Friendly Live Better Programme. This hybrid role involves extensive travel throughout Hertfordshire, managing projects focused on improving transport for older individuals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent project management skills and an understanding of the needs of older people, including those underserved. Hours: Part time 21 hours per week

This pivotal role within the programme team supports the effective delivery of our work within local places so that more people across the county can enjoy their later life.
You will work with transport providers on supporting bus shelter upgrades, lead on the chatty bus campaign, support the implementation of age friendly training for bus drivers and improving access to transport information.
You should have excellent project management skills together with an understanding of the needs and concerns of older people including those living with long-term conditions or disabilities or are underserved.
