Are you passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and helping people adapt to change? We are looking for a Training and Knowledge Transfer Specialist to join our organisation as part of a business‑wide operating model and technology transformation programme.
Reporting to the Training and Knowledge Transfer Lead, you will play a key role in equipping colleagues across the childcare sector with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in a new way of working. From delivering interactive training sessions and developing practical learning materials, to supporting knowledge sharing and building internal capability, this is a chance to make a real impact on how our people deliver care and support.
We’re looking for someone with excellent facilitation skills, the ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible guidance, and experience in delivering training within large‑scale change or technology programme. We value passion for learning, adaptability, and strong communication skills.
