Training & Progression

You will complete Phase One, working toward a Level 4 qualification with Grad2Teach

Training is aligned with the Core Content Framework (CCF) and national Teaching Standards

You will receive structured mentoring, observations, and professional development

Successful completion of Phase One leads to Phase Two, where you move into independent teaching

Phase Two includes a PGCE with Coventry University, supporting you to become a fully qualified teacher
