We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable team member who wants to jump start their career with a Business Administration Traineeship. About the Role

This position is an entry level role with a view for long term opportunities. The successful applicant must be willing to undertake a 'Certificate III in Business Administration'. Support will be provided through on the job training and mentoring.

Applicants must hold permanent resident status or equivalent Australian work rights.

The trainee will be required to provide administrative support to our team as well as undertake general office administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering and directing phone calls and assisting clients with queries
  • Organising and scheduling client meetings
  • Data entry and maintaining our client data base
  • Ad-hoc and general administrative tasks including scanning, printing, filing, mail, formatting both internal and external correspondence
Skills and Experience
  • Is friendly, professional and enthusiastic
  • Has a passion for providing quality customer service
  • Displays exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Prides themselves on attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel and Word)
  • Demonstrates basic user proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to learn new tasks through on-the-job training and study
