Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Health & Social Care, particularly as a Senior Carer.
  • Ability to recognize signs of potential abuse and attend safeguarding training.
  • Knowledge of care planning processes and relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in delivering excellent resident care.
  • Ensure impeccable delivery of care planning arrangements.
  • Assist in administering medicines and other clinical tasks under supervision.
