A leading financial services provider in Nottingham is seeking a Trainee Mortgage Adviser. This role includes structured training, a commission guarantee, and an opportunity for home-based work after the initial training period. Home‑based working is available once you have completed your first 16 weeks of office‑based training.
Trainee Mortgage Adviser
Full time, permanent, employed role.
Initially office based for the first 11 weeks of training at our Academy Centre in Nottingham, followed by 5 weeks conducted remotely. Remote working will continue once qualified.
Candidates with a strong desire to forge a long‑term career in Financial Services, and a demonstrable track record in customer service and sales. A career change is welcomed.
Once training is complete and from month 4 of employment, guaranteed additional monthly commission increases in tiered increments over the next 12 months. After the guarantee ends, realistic OTE of £50,000+ in the second full year, plus outstanding benefits and promotional tiers scheme.
Full financial support to gain CF1 & CF6 qualifications, including cost of study materials and exam entry fees.
During the 16‑week training period: 9.30 AM‑5.00 PM, Monday‑Friday. Zero planned holidays are required for consideration.
Post‑training patterns: 9 AM‑6 PM and 11 AM‑8 PM, Monday‑Friday. No weekend work required.
