Fast Track Mortgage Adviser Academy (12 Month Commission Guarantee included)

An outstanding opportunity to commence a long‑term career in Financial Services becoming a full‑time, fully employed, CII‑qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser working for one of the UK'S leading mortgage providers. Home‑based working is available once you have completed your first 16 weeks of office‑based training.

Job Title

Trainee Mortgage Adviser

Salary & Guarantee Structure
  • During the first 16 weeks of training: basic salary of £25,500 per annum.
  • Month 4‑6: basic salary plus guaranteed commission to £30,000 per annum.
  • Month 7‑10: basic salary plus guaranteed commission to £32,500 per annum.
  • Month 10‑16: basic salary plus guaranteed commission to £35,000 per annum.
  • From month 17: basic salary £25,000 plus unlimited commission, realistic OTE of £45,000+.
Contract Basis

Full time, permanent, employed role.

Location

Initially office based for the first 11 weeks of training at our Academy Centre in Nottingham, followed by 5 weeks conducted remotely. Remote working will continue once qualified.

Target Audience

Candidates with a strong desire to forge a long‑term career in Financial Services, and a demonstrable track record in customer service and sales. A career change is welcomed.

Post‑training Salary

Once training is complete and from month 4 of employment, guaranteed additional monthly commission increases in tiered increments over the next 12 months. After the guarantee ends, realistic OTE of £50,000+ in the second full year, plus outstanding benefits and promotional tiers scheme.

CF1 & CF6

Full financial support to gain CF1 & CF6 qualifications, including cost of study materials and exam entry fees.

Working Hours (Training)

During the 16‑week training period: 9.30 AM‑5.00 PM, Monday‑Friday. Zero planned holidays are required for consideration.

Working Hours (Post‑training)

Post‑training patterns: 9 AM‑6 PM and 11 AM‑8 PM, Monday‑Friday. No weekend work required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
  • Strong desire to work within the Financial Services industry, especially mortgages and protection.
  • Strong track record in customer service and sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding communication and listening skills, ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Organised with a disciplined and structured approach to work.
  • Highly competent IT user, competent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
