WRc, a member of RSK Group, is looking for Trainee Leakage Technicians to join their team in Swindon on a full‑time, permanent basis. No experience required, but you must have a full UK driving licence with the ability to drive a 3.5‑tonne medium‑wheelbase van. The role is physically demanding, largely involving daily travel from our Swindon office to London, with occasional national and international assignments.

The role offers great opportunities for career progression within the team. You will assist in carrying out pipeline inspection surveys and help install cutting‑edge technology systems for colleagues to analyse back in the office. All tools and equipment will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the planner to ensure schedule changes are communicated to all stakeholders for successful delivery.

  • Meet company and client Health and Safety requirements.
Person Specification
  • A full UK driving licence with the ability to drive a 3.5‑tonne medium‑wheelbase van.
  • Desire to work outdoors in all weather.
  • Construction background is an advantage but not essential.
  • Good communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Good fitness to cope with a physically demanding job.
  • Willingness to work away once a month for a period of time.
  • Ability to cover night and weekend work.
