44 Hours Per Week

(rota basis covering Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sundays 11am - 3pm, with set day off midweek and alternate Sundays off)

£25,000 Plus Company Car

(uncapped commission following Training)

Trainee Sales Executive

As an industry, we are embarking on an exciting journey toward the electric revolution so we'll give you comprehensive training for both existing and electric vehicles, ensuring you have a broad understanding of all vehicles and can fully support our customers with their purchasing decisions. This is an exciting time to join Lookers, and you'll be right alongside us as we lead the charge toward electric vehicles!

We are looking for warm and enthusiastic individuals who have a positive mindset and are eager to learn everything there is to know about our business and products. You'll be our customers' first point of contact: making every interaction a positive one. We need someone who can build strong relationships with our customers and our colleagues, as well as confidently learn our IT systems and ensure compliance with our sales processes. Prior experience in a retail or hospitality setting would be advantageous. You do not need previous experience within the automotive industry, it's your personality and willingness to learn that counts!

Responsibilities
  • Working in all departments in the dealership to gain a full understanding of the process
  • Communicate with customers via email, telephone and in person
  • Qualifying customers to understand their needs
  • Completing classroom based assessments on the tasks needed to be a successful sales executive
