A leading provider of traffic management services is seeking a customer service/administrative apprentice to support the Design & Surveying Manager. This role involves creating detailed AutoCAD Traffic Management Plans, effective communication with customers, and ensuring compliance with legislation. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication and IT skills, alongside attention to detail and organization. The position offers a weekly working schedule of 35 hours from Monday to Friday, with an apprenticeship minimum wage of £7.55 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Proficient IT skills for using software like AutoCAD and Google tools.
  • High attention to detail is required for creating accurate management plans.

Responsibilities

  • Create and amend AutoCAD Traffic Management Plans as required.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers effectively.
  • Ensure TM plans are completed within 24 hours of receiving enquiries.
