Job description

The Toyota Trade Co‑ordinator provides essential operational and administrative support to the trade programme team. This role is responsible for assisting the Project Specialist with key tasks, managing rebate calculations and administration, and acting as a central support function for the national trade network. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail‑oriented, and confident in communicating with stakeholders across the network.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Project Support
  • Assist the Trade Project Specialist with the execution of key programme tasks and initiatives.
  • Support the delivery of trade campaigns and operational activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and track progress against project milestones.
2. Rebate Management
  • Calculate and administer trade rebates in line with programme guidelines.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of rebate processing and reporting.
  • Liaise with finance and centre teams to resolve queries and ensure compliance.
3. Network Communication & Support
  • Act as a central point of contact for the national trade network.
  • Respond to centre queries and provide timely, accurate information.
  • Communicate programme updates, campaign details, and operational instructions via email, bulletins, and other channels.
4. Administration & Coordination
  • Maintain programme records, trackers, and documentation.
  • Support the creation of presentations, reports, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth programme delivery.
Experience, Skills and Key Competencies
  • Experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role within the automotive industry or a similar commercial environment.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, particularly in financial administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
Preferred attributes
