Key Responsibilities

• Enhance Operational Systems by implementing IAM Service Delivery best practices and tools to improve management reporting, streamline information flow, and optimize business processes.
• Analyze client requirements and ensure the support team meets client expectations through effective performance monitoring and proactive engagement.
• Lead and mentor the project team by fostering transparent communication of project goals and aligning team objectives with organizational targets.
• Drive innovation by researching and proposing new ideas for process development and implementing strategies that contribute to overall organizational progress.
• Provide tailored IAM solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities to achieve desired business results.
