• Proven experience in thermal systems development and HVAC applications within automotive or off-highway sectors.
• Hands-on knowledge of simulation tools, including 1D modelling, CFD, Altair software and Amesim.
• Ability to interpret test data and drive design improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
