Tesco Store Manager – Tesco

Welcome to the Tesco Store Manager role. For this position, the shift pattern varies from day to day but is planned in advance.

Should you be successful, the offer will be conditional upon providing your bank account details before the agreed start date.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train a high-performance team, developing operational and leadership skills.
  • Co‑coach the team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the store’s products, building the brand and ensuring customers receive the right range, quality and service.
  • Lead trade activity, using expertise to grow sales and maximise profit.
  • Build and support managers to deliver and sustain the Store Change Plan, ensuring efficient staffing and continuous review of solutions.
  • Prioritise colleague safety, ensuring the store trades legally and coaching the team to use all security tools for a safer workplace.
