A leading mattress company is seeking Brand Specialists for both 20 and 30 hour roles in Clarks Village. The role

As a Brand Specialist, you’ll be an ambassador for the TEMPUR brand. Your goal is to give every customer an exceptional, personalised experience that helps them find the right TEMPUR products. You’ll be customer-focused, motivated, and confident working towards sales targets.

  • 1 x 30 hour
  • 1 x 20 hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and follow the TEMPUR customer journey
  • Provide 1-to-1 advice and demonstrate excellent product knowledge
  • Support the store in achieving sales and conversion targets
  • Keep up to date with promotions and store offers
  • Help with day-to-day store operations and merchandising
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and refer issues to management
  • Assist with stockroom organisation, deliveries, and replenishment
  • Operate the till, process orders, and manage daily revenue
  • Maintain a clean and safe shop environment
  • Contribute ideas during team meetings
