Kite Packaging runs an established Telesales Academy within our Coventry-based E-Commerce division, designed for individuals looking to build a successful career in sales. This structured programme is ideal for ambitious candidates seeking professional development and long-term growth.

Founded in 2001 with a unique vision and an employee-ownership philosophy, Kite Packaging began as a greenfield start-up and has grown rapidly to become one of the UK’s leading packaging distributors. Now a £168 million business, we continue to grow our 40-strong call centre sales team through the Academy.

We are seeking motivated, hard-working individuals with excellent communication skills, drive, and determination - those who will thrive in a fast-paced, professional, and supportive environment.

As part of the Telesales Academy, successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and continuous support. Upon completing the 6-month programme, graduates will be offered a permanent role within our call centre team.

What we offer:

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with a strong focus on work-life balance.

Here's what you can expect:
