Overview

Are you a talented technical specialist in tech, mobile devices, and software for mobile devices, looking to take the next step in your career? Our Technical Services Team Lead role supports the sales team with scoping projects, determining technical specifications, and identifying opportunities within accounts. The role also includes project management responsibilities to ensure projects are delivered on time and to scope, and to help allocate resources within the Technical Services team.

Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with scoping customer projects and determining technical specifications.
  • Identify opportunities within accounts and assist with RFPs, working closely with the Sales team.
  • Coordinate the Technical Services team on proactive fixes and resolutions to customer issues.
  • Visit customer sites pre-sales to help scope out projects and costs; attend sites to fix software or device issues as required.
  • Support project management to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to scope; allocate resources accordingly.
What We're Looking For
  • Systems integration experience — installing software onto handheld devices and/or printers.
  • Experience assisting with RFPs and collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Experience with voice implementations, designs, and testing of devices.
  • Provide relevant training and knowledge sharing with the team.
  • Ability to coordinate the Technical Services team on proactive fixes and resolutions.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and visit the team in Clonmel (Ireland); a valid driver’s license is required.
