Compensation: £45,063 / year

Description

Reports to: Technical Services Manager

Location: Field / Remote

Working hours: 40 hours per week, flexible between 08:00am to 18:00pm - Monday to Friday.

As a Technical Lead you will utilise relevant technical experience to support successful and compliant metering works; solutionising challenges toward positive installation performance and ensuring that the knowledge and understanding of field staff is in full adherence to business and industry requirements and expectations.

• Ensure accuracy of work is to the required standard.
• Quality of installs ensuring audit targets are met.
• Providing technical support in field and via technical support desk.
• Provide in-centre training, assessments & trade tests.
• Help facilitate the delivery of a seamless customer experience for our client(s).
• Coach, mentor and support the field team, where required.
• Develop processes and procedures.
• Out of hours support (ad-hoc).

Relevant Qualifications / Experience

• Smart Metering (Dual Fuel) experience
• Industry Qualifications: CMA1 + MET1 (or equivalent)
• Certificate in Power (Logic or equivalent)
• Three-Phase

Desirable

• REGT1 – Medium Pressure regulators
• MET4 (or greater) – Commercial gas metering
• Current Transformer (CT) / Half-Hourly (HH)

Additional Requirements

• UK Driving Licence
• Pass a colour blindness test.
• Pass a DBS check.
