We’re now looking for a Technical Commercial Consultant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
As a Technical Commercial Consultant, you will provide expert technical support to the sales team and customers, delivering clear information, tailored solutions, and exceptional service.
You will interpret complex technical enquiries, translate them into clear guidance for customers, and prepare accurate, bespoke quotations across a wide range of industries and regions.
Working closely with the sales team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive the right product recommendations and a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to order confirmation.
You’ll also support the smooth transition from sales to manufacturing, helping resolve technical queries and contributing to effective problem solving to ensure each project progresses without issues.
