Overview

Social Worker Team Manager (Adults Integrated Urgent Care Team) in Tameside (UK) – £40 hourly, ongoing. Lead a multidisciplinary team including Social Workers, Assessors, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Assistant Practitioners and Care Assistants. 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday shifts as part of a flexible 6‑day contract. This is a locum role with the opportunity to make a significant impact while offering flexible working arrangements.
