Salary is £15.38 per hour, plus £100 per sleep‑in shift and £50 supplement for on‑call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager to enable individuals to live their best lives, building confidence, resilience and facilitating positive self‑expression.
• Provide leadership to the care team within Glassmoon Services Limited.
• Deliver care in accordance with best practice, legislative requirements and policies.
• Supervise the service(s) you are allocated to, meeting agreed standards.
• Support and enable People We Support to maintain skills and personal interests through person‑centred care.
• Maintain current skill level, engage with learning and development to progress knowledge.
• Complete required systems and processes around safety, including weekly and monthly checks, risk assessments and documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, with at least one year’s experience after completion of Level 3.
• Willingness to work towards achieving Leader in Adult Care, Level 5.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Satisfactory criminal records checks.
• References and ID & address checks (fully funded by Glassmoon Services Ltd).
