JOB SUMMARY
The Role

Specialisations include::

  • Accounting: Working with budgets, projections, and funding requests. This would ideally suit someone with accounting / bookkeeping experience.
  • Legal: Internal reviews, ensuring adherence to standards and laws, and outbound communications in relation to this. This would ideally suit a paralegal or someone with experience with legal processes.
  • Scheduling: Organising appointments, meetings (internally and externally), and events. This would ideally suit a virtual assistant or someone with online scheduling experience.
  • Scholar: Assisting with research investigations and analyses. This would ideally suit an early career researcher (ECR).
  • Event Convenor: Coordinating events and activities with the public, including emceeing. This would ideally suit someone with experience hosting and / or running public events (online or in-person).
Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participating in meetings.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in management or related field
  • At least 2 years of commercial experience in a fast‑paced environment
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
