Teaching Assistant Level 3 Permanent - closing date 5 January 2026

We are looking to appoint a Permanent Teaching Assistant Level 3.

The successful candidate/s will work collaboratively with the teacher inmeeting the personal, social and curriculum related needs of pupils, including those with special needs and/or bilingual needs, and toestablishpositive,supportiveand constructive relationships with pupils, parents, carers and the wider community, and by contributing ideas and strategies. Willassistwith the planning,deliveryand evaluation of the curriculum andit'sdifferentiation amongst pupils.

You will also be required toplan and implement teaching and learning activities to individuals and groups toundertake supervisory cover for classes as appropriate andestablish supportive and constructive relationships with pupils, parents,carersand the wider community.

Essential Qualifications

  • NVQ/Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject
  • Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English/Literacy
  • Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Mathematics/numeracy
  • Experience of working in a relevant classroom/service environment
  • Experience of supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
