• Os bryd i gyd, gall staff oruchwylio dosbarthiadau cyfan yn ystod absenoldeb byr‑dymor athrawon, gan ymateb i gwestiynau a rhoi cymorth cyffredinol i'r disgyblion wrth iddynt ymgymryd â gweithgareddau penodol.
• Darparu cefnogaeth a chymorth i ddisgyblion ac Athrawon yr ysgol.
• Gweithredu rhan o system gytunedig, rheoli staff a rheoli/dal adnoddau.
