To be successful you will need to:
  • Be able to teach mathematics across the whole ability range in KS3 and KS4. There is the potential to teach mathematics at KS5 for a candidate with suitable experience
  • Have skills in communication, collaboration, listening, adaptability, empathy, and patience.
  • Possess outstanding teaching ability
  • Think creatively to anticipate and solve problems
  • Embody the values of ‘Achievement through Caring’
  • Have high expectations of yourself and be a role model to others
  • Play a pivotal part in the Maths Department
