A leading financial firm is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruitment lifecycle for operational roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers, source candidates globally, and promote diversity and inclusion in hiring. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the financial services sector, and are proficient with ATS systems like Greenhouse.

We’re now hiring a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for all support and operational roles across our multi-strategy trading and market making divisions. This is a full-time, permanent position, reporting directly to the Global Chief People Officer (GCPO).
This is a strategic opportunity for an individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the nuances of financial services hiring and can independently manage stakeholders across diverse geographies and seniority levels. You’ll play a key role in shaping our talent infrastructure as we scale, embedding governance, DEI and innovation into every stage of the hiring process.
