We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to join our Financial Services client’s Continuous Improvement function. This role offers the opportunity to work with a range of business-critical platforms, including Jira, Dynamics 365, and other internal tools, ensuring they are configured, maintained, and optimised to support smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to identify areas for automation and process enhancement.
  • Administer and configure business platforms such as Jira, Dynamics 365, and other internal tools.
  • Support system integrations and maintain smooth data flows between applications.
  • Partner with the Digital Workplace team to standardise processes for account setup, permissions, and workflows.
  • Work closely with teams across the organisation to understand requirements and adjust system configurations accordingly.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical or system-related issues.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and best practices.

Skills & Experience

  • Basic understanding of IT systems administration or technical support.
  • Familiarity with at least one business platform such as Jira, Dynamics 365, or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new tools quickly.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to work effectively with non-technical colleagues.
  • Exposure to system integrations or working with APIs.
