They are seeking an ESG Associate to support their growing sustainability team, helping drive ESG strategy, reporting, and engagement across operations and investments.
The ESG Associate will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of ESG initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate ESG insights effectively to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting across the organization.
Assist in ESG risk and opportunity assessments for investments, projects, or business units.
Help prepare ESG reports, disclosures, and regulatory filings (e.g., TCFD, GRI, SASB).
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ESG considerations into business processes and decision-making.
Conduct research on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices.
Support engagement with investors, clients, and stakeholders on ESG topics.
Assist in sustainability initiatives, including carbon footprint analysis, climate risk assessments, and social impact projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Economics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, investment analysis, or corporate reporting.
Knowledge of ESG frameworks, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ESG data platforms/tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
