As a survey research project coordinator at Gallup, you’ll help us deliver the perfect research and consulting solutions to our global customers, with a focus on the French and Portuguese-speaking countries in Africa. Working at one of the most respected research organizations in the world, you will support day-to-day data collection with our in-country partners across the region. What You’ll Do

• Coordinate all aspects of the survey data collection process
• Document all steps of the process clearly and accurately
• Ensure quality at each step in the process, monitoring and reviewing carefully to identify challenges in survey design, data collection and data quality
• Communicate clearly and frequently to share updates, provide direction, and align stakeholders and partners
• Collaborate with internal teams and data collection vendors across multiple countries

What You Need

• At least three years of experience in survey research or a related multi-country project management role required
• Mastery of Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word required
• Proficiency with statistical and data management software such as R or Python required
• Fluency in French required; basic knowledge of Portuguese a plus
• A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s London office at least three days a week required
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
