Lincolnshire Community Supported Living – Bourne, PE10 9HU is looking for a Supported Living Support Worker. The role is full‑time, 35 hours per week, with a pay rate of £12.60 per hour.

Responsibilities

You will support adults on a person‑centered basis to live independently and help them move towards independent accommodation. Tasks include medication assistance, accessing the community, and domestic tasks. Your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same.

Qualifications

No prior experience or specific qualifications are required. We offer step‑by‑step on‑the‑job training and the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications (levels 2‑6 in Health and Social Care, Management, Admin, etc.). We are looking for someone who values building relationships, has patience, a sense of humour, and can bring a big smile to service users.
