We're looking for caring, compassionate individuals to join our team and help us create a welcoming environment for adults with multiple learning and physical disabilities.
In this role, you'll be an integral part of enabling the people we support to enjoy their ordinary lives by fulfilling experiences. Whether it's swimming, arts and crafts, dining out, or going on outings in our mini‑bus, you'll be supporting them to explore the activities that bring them joy. Sharing mealtimes and preparing delicious meals together, you'll build strong relationships through everyday moments. You'll also have the support of a dedicated, multi‑disciplinary team, including registered nurses, to ensure the highest standards of care.
Every day at MacIntyre is an opportunity to make a real difference. For example, you could be supporting George who has limited verbal communication, learning to tune into the subtle ways he expresses himself. Your kindness and attention can light up Georges day in ways that words cannot capture—rewarding you with smiles, laughter, and the joy of seeing someone feel understood.
