Support Worker - Extra Care

Part‑time Support Worker role at Poppy Court in Coventry, CV3 3DN.

Salary £12.60 per hour.

Hours: 21 hours weekly.

We are looking for someone who can support adults on a person‑centred basis to live independently in their own apartments. Tasks include medication assistance, accessing the community, and domestic tasks. You should think on your feet and understand clients’ needs with a big smile.

We are less concerned about qualifications and more about shared values and building relationships. Patience and humour are key qualities.

Initial on‑the‑job training will be provided, and you may undertake professional qualifications as needed.
