About The Role

We are looking for compassionate, motivated, and reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated teams in Hartlepool. In this rewarding role, you will support individuals with mental health needs and physical disabilities, helping them to live safe, meaningful, and fulfilling lives.

Location: Hartlepool, County Durham

Salary: £12.54 per hour

Job Type: Permanent / On-site

Contract Type: Full‑time, Days

Key Responsibilities

• Support residents to maintain dignity, independence, and personal choice
• Engage residents in activities both inside the home and in the community
• Assist with personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, and daily routines
• Provide safe and appropriate support for individuals with complex needs
• Use Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to promote well‑being and reduce distress
• Build strong, trusting relationships through active listening and meaningful engagement
• Follow care plans and contribute to maintaining a safe, supportive environment
• Encourage social interaction, community participation, and healthy lifestyle choices
