This position is part of our residential and supported living services aimed at supporting autistic adults 52 weeks a year, 24 hours a day in urban and rural settings. Our Pinecroft residential home provides accommodation and support for autistic adults with a variety of mental health needs, helping them develop skills to promote health and wellbeing, inclusion, and greater independence.
As a bank support worker you will be able to pick and choose the shifts you work, with a mixture of hours that can include evenings and weekends. You will support autistic adults to achieve independence and personal goals, help them with transportation and community integration, and develop home‑making skills and personal chores. You will also help transform lives and achieve results for autistic adults.
The salary for this position is £12.21 per hour.
We are looking for Bank Support Workers with a passion to work with our fantastic teams. Ideally, you will have a background in supporting autistic people but if not, we have a fantastic training programme that will get you on your way to achieving a fulfilling job. You may have a personal connection, a desire to work with or real‑life experiences working with autistic people. You will have experience supporting vulnerable people in a residential setting and if you share our values and are willing to make a difference to the lives of autistic people, we’d love to hear from you.
