Salary:£12.60 per hour
Requirement:Applicants must be drivers or live locally due to our rural location, limited public transport, and shift patterns.

You will be supporting seven men across two separate dwellings, helping them to live independently and enjoy life to the fullest. Our service users are active and social – they love going to the cinema, watching tribute bands, enjoying pantomimes, and relaxing with takeaway nights.

Part Time & Full Time Roles available

About the Service

The service is based in a beautifully converted Old Steadings surrounded by farmland, with a relaxed and homely atmosphere. Just a short walk away, you'll even find horses to feed at the stables. It’s a peaceful and welcoming environment that our staff and service users truly appreciate.

You’ll be providing tailored support to each individual, which may include:

  • Personal care and administering medication

  • Assisting with meals, home maintenance, appointments, and finances

  • Encouraging community involvement and social activities

  • Promoting independence and self-confidence

No two days are the same, and you’ll be making a real difference every step of the way.

Shift Pattern and Hours

You will work as part of a rota-based team covering the following shifts:

  • 07:30am – 03:30pm

  • 02:00pm – 10:00pm
