We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on support workers (female or male) who are passionate about enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us, you’ll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.

Our supported living service in Folkestone is a welcoming and friendly environment where no two days are the same. You’ll enhance lives by teaching new life skills, providing minimal personal care, promoting independence, socialising and arranging activities. You may spend a morning at a local bar or pub, unwind with video games and movies, or go to the cinema.

We expect support workers to hold a full UK driving licence, be resilient, flexible, and composed. Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans, reflective practice and working with individuals who require enhanced support—behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and trauma—is essential.

This role offers an opportunity to truly make a difference, helping people grow in confidence and independence to achieve goals such as cooking dinner on their own or going on holiday.

All applicants and subsequent job offers will be subject to satisfactory DBS checks and references.
