Salary: £12.60 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Provide values‑based support, advice and information to service users and carers, ensuring they have access to practical and emotional support.
  • Assist carers to develop coping strategies, conduct home visits and carer assessments, and provide information about available mental health and support services.
  • Help empower and support carers on a one‑to‑one basis, making a positive impact in the lives of carers and their loved ones.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service delivery and professional practice.
Qualifications

No prior industry experience or specific qualifications are required. Successful applicants will receive step‑by‑step on‑the‑job training and have the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications in Health and Social Care, Management, Admin, and more.
