🕒 Hours: Full-Time (45 hours)
🚗 UK Driver Preferred (but not essential)

We have an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate, and talented Support Workers to join a well‑established service supporting 6 amazing individuals with learning disabilities.

Your role will focus on promoting choice, wellbeing, and independence, while providing 24‑hour support with:
✅ Personal Care
✅ Medication
✅ Finances
✅ Accessing the Community

🏠 About the Service

• A welcoming home spread across 3 floors
• Shared lounge, kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms
• A fun, friendly environment where everyone enjoys activities like:
  🎨 Arts & Crafts | 🏊 Swimming | 🛍 Shopping | ☕ Coffee Trips | 🚶♂️ Walks

The people we support describe themselves as happy, friendly, and fun-loving—and they love staff who are outgoing, kind, and creative thinkers!

📅 Shift Patterns Include:

• 7:30am – 3:00pm
• 2:30pm – 10:00pm
• 8:00am – 8:00pm
• 8:00pm – 7:30am (Waking Night)
• 9:30pm – 7:45am (Waking Night)
• 10:00pm – 7:30am (Sleep‑In)

Applicants would ideally be available to work a variety of shifts and would be expected to work two weekends each month.
