📍 Location: Carlisle
🕒 Hours: Full-Time (45 hours)
🚗 UK Driver Preferred (but not essential)
💼 About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate, and talented Support Workers to join a well‑established service supporting 6 amazing individuals with learning disabilities.
Your role will focus on promoting choice, wellbeing, and independence, while providing 24‑hour support with:
✅ Personal Care
✅ Medication
✅ Finances
✅ Accessing the Community
The people we support describe themselves as happy, friendly, and fun-loving—and they love staff who are outgoing, kind, and creative thinkers!
Applicants would ideally be available to work a variety of shifts and would be expected to work two weekends each month.
