You’ll provide a clear vision for holistic supply chain design, ensuring strategies meet current and future programme needs.## **Key Responsibilities and Required Experience:*** ## Develop, deploy, and integrate supply chain strategies across the enterprise.* ## Drive cross-functional teams to deliver strategies aligned with business objectives.* ## Influence sourcing decisions and manage supplier relationships in highly regulated environments.* ## Act as a representative of RR SMR with external bodies, including governments and funding organisations.* ## Manage and develop a team of up to 4 direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.## **Mandatory Experience, Training or Qualifications:*** ## Degree or equivalent experience in strategy development.* ## Proven experience in supply chain strategy and delivery roles.* ## Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.## **Beneficial Experience, Training or Qualifications:*** ## Experience in nuclear, power generation, or large-scale engineering projects.* ## Supplier management in regulated environments.* ## Strong commercial acumen and project management skills.## ## You’ll be joining a forward-thinking organisation that values transparency, fairness, and innovation.
